Targeting for Expo 2020, Wasl Asset Management Group has taken a project to develop a new community in Warsen district for all the hospitality staffs.
As part of the preparations for Expo 2020, the firm will have a requirement for hospitality staffs as it is developing several three and four-star hotels throughout the city and 3 new major hotel projects. Keeping this in mind, there will be a need of accommodation for the staffs which will be fulfilled with this new community project in Warsen district.
The new district project in Dubai has planned to build 3,866 residential units in 26 buildings with the built-up area of 2.6 million sq. ft. each. There will be a total of 3,380 shared rooms, 360 studio apartments and 126 one-bed units. Apart from the accommodation, the company will also be working on amenities such as swimming pools, a health club and handball and basketball courts in the rest 160,000 sq. ft. site.
