Skootr has launched a 46,500 sq. ft. of co-working space at Cyber City in Gurgaon in partnership with a real estate developer DLF.
The office space offers 500-600 seats with a price Rs 20,000 per seat per month. The focus to attract Multi-National Companies (MNCs) and Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is paying off as reportedly, 60 per cent of the seats are already sold out. This new addition puts Skootr along with the co-working office space providing companies which sells a seat in the price range of Rs 7,000-25,000 per month.
The new joint venture allows companies to work in the most premium commercial hubs across country, says the Founder of Skootr Puneet Chandra in excitement.
“We are also working to acquire another 100,000 square feet of office spaces at various parts of the country,” says Ankit Jain, Co-Founder & Chief Acquisition Officer, Skootr.
Skootr soon plans to open up new co-working office space in 8-10 locations across major metropolitan regions by the end of 2017. The company is also going to launch Skootr Value Card for value added services to its client through various tie-ups with restaurants and hotels.
