The Office Pass Gets $245,000 via Seed Funding

The Office Pass, a subsidiary of TOP Technologies, has raised about $245,000. The amount is raised through a seed funding led by Arun Tadanki former MD of Yahoo India and Southeast Asia.

With the mission to connect companies & professionals with high-quality office space within 5 kilometres, the co-working space provider has planned to deploy the fund in the advancement of the platform and hiring technology and product talent. Its first aim will be micro, small & medium enterprises (MSME) and freelancers to help them find the suitable office space as these sectors are untouched by the commercial industry.

Some of the major challenges faced by MSME and freelancers are an inability to enter into a long lease and block money insecurity issues. The Office Pass is ready to tackle these concerns and assist them to provide the required solution according to their preferences.

“The Office Pass is an exciting business model that can disrupt the commercial office leasing market. The founders have the right domain expertise and they have been focused on building a scalable, capital-light business model where users can book office space on monthly, daily or even hourly basis,” says Tadanki.
