Spaces, a subsidiary of IWG, embarks on its operation in India with the launch of its first sharing space in Cyber City in Gurgaon.
The new co-working space has a capacity of 430 seats developed over a 30,000 sq. ft. of area. It aims to facilitate a creative working environment with private offices, meeting rooms and open co-working spaces. The company is set to open its next facility in Chennai on May 1. The working space will have 400-500 seating capacity spread in 35,000-40,000 sq. ft.
Gurgaon office space will be the 25th facility globally for Spaces. After this, the co-working space provider has planned to aggressively expand its operation over 50 cities in the country.
