Eshraq Properties, an Abu Dhabi-based real estate company, has partnered with a state-owned holding company Mubadala Development Company to work on the land plot developed in Abu Dhabi’s Reem and Al Maryah islands.
The formalities of this joint venture are soon to be completed. After the establishment of this partnership, the locations of the land plots will be disclosed, confirmed by Eshraq Properties.
Eshraq has three land assets which consist a generous size of Reem Island closer to Al Maryah Island. In January, the company has planned to develop its major projects Jumeirah Rise in Dubai, Marina Rise on Reem Island and a mixed-use project Gateway between the Maqta and Sheikh Zayed bridges in Abu Dhabi.
Mubadala is an Abu Dhabi-based strategic investment company. The company is about to merge with International Petroleum Investment Company and a sole owner of Al Maryah Island.
