Sharjah Holding, a community-focused real estate developer, has launched the third neighbourhood named as Al Lilac at its Al Zahia community in Emirate. The company, which is a joint venture between Majid Al Futtaim Properties and the government of Sharjah, will construct a total of 120 homes including townhouses three-bed courtyard villas and larger four- and five-bed villas.
Apart from Al Lilac, there are two other neighbourhoods developed under Al Zahia community – Al Jouri and Al Najris. Al Najris is in process of completing the rest 15 per cent of construction after selling 85 per cent of its project. The second neighbourhood Al Jouri has a total of 250 homes wherein 50 units are completed and rest 200 units are in the handover process.
The community is scheduled to completed by 2022. In this period, the plan is build a total of 2,270 homes in seven neighbourhood. It also needs to develop six themed parks, leisure facilities and a super-regional mall.
