Sobha Group has assuredly announced that 70 per cent of Phase 1 and 2 of its Dubai-based residential project Sobha Hartland Greens has been sold out.
Sobha Hartland Greens project resembles the green with its 30 percent of 185 acres of land reserved for a landscaped green. The residential project is located on the road close to the Dubai Quarantine Centre comprised around 6,000 homes in its community. It promises to provide a luxurious and exclusive low-rise apartment buildings on the Dubai Water Canal surrounded by peaceful and harmonious greenery.
In Phase 1 and 2, the project includes a total of 521 apartments with options including studio, duplex, 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK which fits in the buildings of eight floor.
