Keeping the high demand for co-working spaces in mind, Supertech partners with the co-working space provider Skootr to manage its 30,000 sq ft of co-working space in its SuperNova project after the development. The project is located at Sector 94 in Noida and Skootr will help lease this space on a per-seat basis.
The property developer will be on its toe to capitalise the recent growth in demand for co-working space by developing some of the commercial projects under its own co-working brand. This tie-up is the first step to enter the co-working space sector. The company is also in talk with Innov8, another co-working space company, to showcase its projects in the market.
“This tie-up changes the dynamics of co-working spaces completely and will open up newer venues for us. Such tie-ups benefit three parties: builders, investors who are buying the office and start-ups and other companies who get office spaces at affordable prices,” says Puneet Chandra, Founder, Skootr.
On the other hand, Skootr has its plan to expand its business and begun the process to lookout for more such opportunities. The company has planned to collaborate with few developers to get the deal of 2-3 million sq. ft. space by the end of 2017.
