In the first two months of 2017, Damac Properties has given a total number of 121 construction contracts with an overall value of Dh1.4 billion. The Dubai-based developer has mainly focused on the development of five of its sites which are Akoya Oxygen, Damac Hills, Aykon City, Avanti Tower and Merano Tower.
Merano Tower’s worth Dh200 million package contract is won by Commodore Contracting whereas China State Construction Engineering Corporation has taken infrastructure work of worth Dh117.5 million at Akoya Oxygen. Al Shafar National Contracting, Abu Dhabi-based Trojan General Contracting and Ghantoot Gulf Contracting are some of the biggest contractors who signed a deal with Damac.
