Aliens Group has awarded a contract of worth Rs 580 crore to a Mumbai-base New Consolidated Construction (NCCCL) to ensure the on-time delivery of its residential project Space Station in Hyderabad.
The Hyderabad-based realty developer has already handed over 120 apartments to its owners in phase one. The shifting of 100 buyers to phase one flats within the project is completed. The company is also in the process of shifting more owners with no additional cost. NCCL will have to complete the remaining flats in two phases and fulfil the promise of Aliens Group for timely delivery of flats.
Aliens Group is taking every possible measure to fasten the construction process. Reportedly, the company also has taken loan of Rs 200 crore from Edelweiss with an intense to complete the residential units within the project.
“We are compensating our existing 1200+ customers for the past delay by giving them free enhancement, upgraded fitments and moving forward with positive mindset. The current market trend and new infrastructure developments around tellapur also suggests in favor of this move and new queries for property purchase have increased by manifolds for our luxury apartments.” says Naveen Mypala, Executive Director, Aliens group.
