Entrepreneur Facilitation Center (EFC) has recently launched two co-working spaces in Mumbai and Pune which is open for lease for office establishing.
Mumbai-based co-working spaces, which are located in Kalina and Airoli, will soon be operational in the next few months. The office spaces are spread over a total of 50,000 sq. ft. area with workstations capacity of 350 in Kalina and 800 in Airoli. The new working center in Pune is claimed to be the largest co-working space in India with 850 workstations, confirmed by Umeash Sahhaaii, Chairman & CEO, EFC.
All three centers are said to be 50-60 per cent occupied as the demand for such affordable and best-located office spaces is high. For future, the company has a plan to expand by 25 new facilities across India by 2020.
“Demand for such affordable spaces is quite high, especially in Mumbai where leasing an office space in a commercial building is highly costly,” says Sahhaaii.
