Admares, a Finnish real estate company, has won a contract, auctioned by Dubai Properties, to work on phase 1 of the Marasi Business Bay development in Dubai.
Under this contract, the company has to build ten Floating Homes, two restaurants and a yacht club including 12 kms boardwalk on the banks of the canal in Business Bay. The main highlights of this project, Water Homes need to be anchored to canal base designed and built at a specialist facility in Finland. Later, the entire home is to be transported to UAE.
Known as a specialist in floating construction, Admares has designed and constructed the new Terrace at the front of Burj Al Arab. The work on the first units for Marasi Business Bay is already started last October which will be delivered to Dubai through sea. The company has also taken help from the Finnish interior design studio Kudos and Sigge Architects to work on fit-outs.
