Sobha Group is going to launch Sobha Hartland project containing 80 quad homes at Mohammed bin Rashid City in Dubai with a total cost of $4 billion.
The project is planned built on 8 million sq ft located off Al Khail Road. It includes low, medium and high-rise apartments with facilities like community retail centre, a school, and a large, mixed-use tower. The price starts from Dh5.3 million with an offer of 50 per cent payment during construction, 10 per cent on completion and 40 per cent in next two years. The first phase is announced to launch 27 units.
The freehold town houses will be arranged into small section comprising up to 4 properties in 3,300 square feet of space each. Each property will have three floors with a separate lift, a two-car garage and a sky roof.
“The town houses have features you would ordinarily find in a mansion like a lift, four master bedrooms, three floors, multiple terraces, a private garden and more,” says PNC Menon, Founder & Chairman, Sobha Group.
