Mahindra Lifespaces Developers Limited (MLDL), a real estate and infrastructure arm of Mahindra Group, announced to build a 350-acre industrial park near Ahmedabad. The company has signed an MoU with the Government of Gujarat to stamp on this deal.
Marked as the first endeavour in Gajarat, MLDL has planned to cater to non-polluting industries with the development of multi-product industrial park which is likely to create about 12,000 persons as direct and indirect employments. This industrial park will be constructed according to the guidelines of Gujarat Industrial Policy 2015.
“Strong port infrastructure, a robust base of both large scale industries and MSMEs, and a young and agile workforce all contribute towards creating an enabling ecosystem for manufacturing in Gujarat,” says Sangeeta Prasad, CEO, Integrated Cities and Industrial Clusters, MLDL.

Mahindra Lifespaces has partnered with state governments to build its sustainable and integrated business city Mahindra World City in Chennai and Jaipur which is spanned over 4,000 acres incorporating more than 130 reputed Indian and transnational companies.
