HDFC Realty, a real estate advisory solutions provider, has launched a mobile application named as ‘PropPartner’ exclusively for the brokers to allow them to access all the projects marketed by the company.
According to the statement issued by HDFC Realty, few featured projects will have the special schemes by developers and some of the projects will lie into HDFC’s special payment plan schemes. Furthermore, all the projects listed in the application would be approved by HDFC for home loans.
With this mobile application, the agents can have wide area of options in their micro markets as well as other cities and locations. The brokers can share the project details directly with their customers by using ‘in-app’, one of functionalities, that utilizes any of sharing apps available on the mobile, shared in a statement by Renu Sud Karnad, MD, HDFC.
“In the current market environment, the PropPartner app would provide the real estate agents an opportunity to market projects in other locations and to help them in their additional top line growth,” he further added.
At first, HDFC Realty strives to enroll all the agents who have an existing relationship with the company through internal campaign ‘Broker Bhai’.
“Currently, the app has a total of around 4,500 broker registrations with more than 1,500 downloads so far. HDFC Realty further aims to increase this number to 15,000 by the end of this fiscal year,” says Vikram Goel, Chief Executive, HDFC Realty.
The application is available on both, Android and iOS platforms.
