Bloom Properties completes the third phase of its Bloom Gardens development with the construction of 147 villas and town-houses located near Khalifa Park in Abu Dhabi. The project is ahead of its schedule handover in the first three months of next year.
There will be additional three-bedroom town houses, semi-detached three-bedroom villas and four and five-bedroom detached villas added to this project.
The project’s first phase included 123 villas located off Salam Street close to the Sheikh Zayed Bridge and was launched in 2008 whereas the second phase of 55 more villas was completed at the end of 2015. The Bloom Gardens project will also consists of Bloom’s Brighton College school. In the fourth phase, there is already a plan to establish a community centre, a nursery and a polyclinic.
The cost of three-bedroom town house is between Dh2.9 million and Dh3.5m with strong demand from home buyers and investors. This comes amidst a time when house prices in Abu Dhabi are prone to fall due to economic slowdown and fall in the oil price, as reported by Cluttons.
